Trouble opening and creating SDL TM's

Hello all,

after formatting my computer, I reinstalled my SDL Lite 2005 software (something I've done 1,000,000 times), but now it won't let me load my TM's nor create new ones. As to the first error, it says "Make sure it is an SDL format and it isn't being used by another user"; as to the second, it just says "Cannot create TM". Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening??
