Delete identical source and target segments

Dear colleagues,

I think that I have seen once upon a time a tool to delete identical source and target segments in TMs. I even believe it was for free but I cannot remember the name. Does anyone of you know something about such things or can someone give me a hint to delete those segments.

Maybe I am mixing things up in my mind?
