Can't clean a doc (error 50016)

Hi everyone,
I am trying to clean a translation with Trados 6.5.5 but all I get is the following message:



I am not sure I even undertand the message. I go to control Panel, anyway, and then to Region Settings and then Number, but ...what do I have to change? Do I have to change the number, and what number shall I insert?
I´m lost. ... the translation I have just finished is 10,000 words for nearly inmediate delivery, so I am panicking.

Use the clean-up macro from Word Nov 10, 2005

First of all, edit your post and remove the sharp bracket you used before the error number. This sign must not be used in fora.

Open your uncleaned document in Word, press ALT+F8, select the macro tw4main.clean and let it run. Be sure you upgraded your TM in advance, as this macro doesn´t do that for you. With Trados 6.5 you will need to run this macro separately for each headline and bottom line, each text box and so on. With Trados 7 it is enough to run this macro once.

To avoid such errors in the future, follow the instructions in this article.
You do not need to change any numbers, but simply replace the semicolon, which you find in the settings there, with another sign, as ":" or so.
