Desaparece la barra de herramientas de Trados 6

De repente me ha desaparecido la barra de herramientas. Sé que normalmente se restablece mediante el icono con el símbolo de Trados que aparece normalmente en la barra de herramientas de Word. Pero ahora no está ocurriendo esto. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Ya he intentado desinstalar y volver a instalar el programa, pero el problema persiste.
