In fact, to tell you the truth, it happened to me once when I got the delivery date wrong. I was so embarrassed that it served as a lesson to me. I'm even known for delivering ahead of schedule. As for delays due to terminology research, for me these are not delays, they are intrinsic to the activity and are probably what I like most about translation – the feeling of having found the right term. It has happened to me that on the delivery date I still haven't received a response from the client to some questions. In that case, I deliver anyway, noting that such and such pages need to be reviewed later. Since I don't work with CATs, I'm also free of those problems. Now that work has been scarce, I would really like the workload to cause me problems, but in any case, I've always been a good time manager... ▲ Collapse
