The Central Labour Institute (CLI), Mumbai was conceived by the
Government of India during the first five-year plan as a centre for
research, training, and consultancy on the various aspects of industrial
work related to the human factor. The institute commenced its
activities in a rented building in 1961. On the 7th of October 1954, the
foundation stone of the CLI building was laid by the first Prime
Minister of India, Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It was shifted to its
present premises in 1966 when the building was inaugurated on the 9th
February 1966 by Late Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, the then
President of India.

Hello,
I love languages. Have been in love with them since childhood.
Every language has its own flovour and nuances which attract me. Also, the field of translation interests me. I want to see what I can do with and in it. I can read, write and speak Marathi, Hindi & English. Translation work was in mind for a long time. Hence decided to enter the new door of working. I am an avid reader. Hence have read as many books as possible to date. Still, many more to be read.
I always had an inclination towards languages but never was able to pursue a career in them.
I write Marathi stories. Other interests are Photography. I had worked in the finance industry for 28 years.
