A movement of the lifting is prevented within the set tolerance.

Correct is: “movement of lifting device is prevented by the given tolerance.”
Or: “movement of lifting device is impaired/impeded by the stipulated tolerance.”

You may replace "im Rahmen der" by "durch".

Begründung: Wenn Riegel und Ausnehmung am Rahmen den in der Zeichnung angegebenen Toleranzen entsprechen, passt der Riegel genau in die Ausnehmung und der Hubschlitten kann sich nicht (oder kaum) bewegen.
Wenn die Toleranzen zu eng sind, kann der Riegel nicht in die Ausnehmung fallen, weil die Position des Hubschlittens nicht immer gleich ist.
Wenn das Spiel zwischen Riegel und Ausnehmung zu groß ist, ist die Hubschlittenposition nicht mehr gewährleistet, weil der Schlitten sich hin und her bewegen kann.

Explanation: If bolt and recess on the frame meet the tolerances specified in the drawing, the lock fits into the recess and the lifting cannot move (or hardly).
