18 yrs experience with customer support and sales, in ENGLISH, FRENCH AND GERMAN.

I started to work with German in 1996, with a 6-months Traineeship in Stuttgart (Project LEONARDO), and since then I've used German in most of my jobs, dealing with customers on different subjects, translating documents (such as contracts or tender documents from Italian to German) or even interpreting on difficult technical issues.

In 2015 I started my new career as Neurolanguage Coach and then as Freelance Translator.
I help people learning or improving their German, English and French knowledge.
With the same Coaching approach, I also assist kids and adults with MATHS.

Many trainings from 2010, on Sales, Negotiation, Persuasion, Leadership (just to give you an example: one day with Jeffrey Gitomer in July 2015).
