Bio
     Engineer of Control and Automation graduated from the University of Brasília with experience in
Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, and with a passion for Dance, Music, Languages and Communication.

     My name is Rafa, and I am a hobbyist translator. I have been translating a wide range of documents for many years, from fiction short stories to official documents for a tourist visa application. I have done translations both for personal use as well as academic articles and summaries for friends. I have also done extensive translation checking for similar situations.

     Language has long been a passion of mine, one which I willingly and constantly indulge in, currently learning my 5th language to an intermediate level (Latin American Spanish). I also work freelance as an ESL teacher for Brazilians and a teacher of Portuguese to native English speakers.
