Bio

My Full Name is Zenebe Abebe Megersa, I was born in Bekoji, Arsi Zone, Oromia region, Ethiopia. I am fluent speaker of Afan Oromo, Amharic and English. I went to school at the age of 6 to Lemu sirba primary school where I had learned till grade 6. I had been learning in Lemu primary school grade 7 and 8.  I was very tough and excellent student. after I scored great result grade 8 national exam, I went to Bekoji Secondary School; I had continued performing the same academically and also participating in different clubs. I got good result of national exam in grade 10 and 12 in Bekoji Preparatory School.

I joined Addis Ababa University (AAU), Addis Ababa institute of Technology (AAiT), center of Biomedical Engineering in 2014 and graduated in BSc of Biomedical Engineering in 2019 with distinction. and also, I started studying management in Leadstar Collage of Management and Leadership and graduated BA of management in 2020. In addition to schooling I have been working different volunteer and interns during the time of studying in uni.

The study of Biomedical Engineering in Addis Ababa Institute of Technology and some valuable short training in this institute have developed my skills in many ways. It gave me multidisciplinary knowledge in practical science and managing things accordingly, good communication skills, working as a team in a friendly manner, and also solving problems on medical equipment in a patterned manner. My intern program was at Menelik II hospital where I got the experience of corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, installation and inventories of medical equipment. In addition, the volunteer service in teaching high school students develop my ability of teaching and enhance the heart of society serving.

besides the schooling I am also good participant and servant in church. I joined Church in 2010 when I was in Bekoji and very young. I served in Bekoji Christian Students and Graduation Union as a leader and summer teacher and coordinator for till I was 3rd year uni student (2017). now I am serving in Glorious Life Church Addis Ababa Ethiopia as a deacon.

my translation jobs starts from the passion i have to learn different languages and the skill I have in those three languages (Oromo, Amharic and English). Once on time I was translator for Stand By Me, in Bekoji for foreigners since 2012 for about three summer. in 2019 I did translation of a book from Amharic to Afan Oromo a book named thought. After that different vidios, documents and articles are translated by me in freelance. now I am working as admin assistant in annotated translation
