Explica la forma de adquisición de un terreno, es decir, cómo los nuevos propietarios adquirieron este terreno.
"Adjudication" no podría ser pues buscando el significado dice: Formal decision or judgment given by an administrative authority, court, or tribunal, in resolution of a dispute.
Y aquí no fue la decisión de un juez o tribunal, sino que esta compañía les adjudicó el terreno.
Pensaba en la palabra "vesting" en inglés, pero no estoy segura.

To this American, adjudicación sounds odd in Spanish.
1. Acceptance of a bid or proposal for a contract.
2. Written decision of a court or arbitrator.
Y aquí no hubo intervención de corte ni arbitraje (al menos no que lo mencione). La compañía entró en liquidación y les dio el terreno
Pensé en "vesting" Process by which authority, benefit, or privilege, or rights to or interest in an asset or property, passes unconditionally to a particular entity.
Pero no estoy segura. ¿O será que puedo usar "adjudication" o "award" a pesar que no hubo una orden de corte involucada?
