There's all kinds of things you could call it, but here's one suggestion.

I used this in the end because I was on a deadline, it seems the best so far to do the job. Will wait a bit before grading because I'm not sure about putting it into the glossary, where things can become set in stone (there are some duff translations in there IMO).

Land/property expropriation

Not sure about this, hence low confidence level . An expropriation payment is what you might receive following a CPO. Anyway, it may be of some help. Good luck.
