A bedroom with double glazed windows in the front of the building.

Perhaps!
Peer comment(s):

agree John Rawlins : Yes, but without the bedroom. I believe that 'cámera' refers to the airgap in the double-glazing. Also, maybe 'to' instead of 'in' the front...

Thanks John. Interesting. I guess I just assumed the "chamber" was a bedroom. (:
agree Anne Smith Campbell : "double glazed windows", if it only about the windows this is it.

air spaced wall on the building's facade

It is such a short sentence it's not easy to answer!
I can only guess that it means: "Double glazing (windows) with air spaced wall on the building's facade".
Probably they are making a point of the fact that there is double glazing, not only an air spaced wall, to stress the fact it keeps out sound, temperature changes, etc,...
It is just an idea of what the single phrase seems to say.
Cheers.

In any case, if it only refers to the windows on the facade, it would be "double glazing windows" or "double glazed windows" as Kathleen has said, where "cámara" already includes the double glaze, air space between glass.
