Medical: Pharmaceuticals
This could be an invented drug name as it's taken from a novel. Either way, I can't find anything similar in Google and need some kind of viable translation (even if it's invented)!

alpha-epichlorophenylhydrin-S
Let's start at the beginning.... "epihydrin" is C(H2)C(H)O three-membered ring, with a CH2OH chain hanging off one of the ring carbons [http://lb.chemie.uni-hamburg.de/search/pic.php?101/O4cPqsTu....].
alpha-Epichlorohydrin is what you get if you swap the terminal OH for a Cl [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epichlorohydrin]. (not sure what the "alpha" is for, but a "beta" version doesn't seem to exist, so we will not concern ourselves with this).
alpha-epichlorophenylhydrin-S i think is what you get if you stick on a phenyl (C6H5) group between the Cl and the CCO ring....
The "G" denotes the stereochemistry (gauche?), which in English would be S (left-handed) or R (right-handed) [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chirality_(chemistry)].
I realise this is a bit of a technical explanation, sorry, I'm thinking aloud...

hedapen
: los compuestos quirales en castellano se denominan levógiros L y dextrógiros D. Esa G no sé qué es lo que significa, pero en castellano no se emplea para indicar giro a la izquierda

chlorphenhydramine
I know the term "chlorphenhydramine" does exist, but couldn't find anything similar for the "alpha" and "g" parts. You could base a new search around this term, though, if you weren't aware of it. Maybe you will find something new!

Si hay que inventarse, yo pondría alfa-epichlorphenhydrine
