Necesito traducir la frase en inglés. Es un informe de una microscopia de rodilla. Todo el texto dice: "Los cortes histológicos muestran proliferación de células de núcleos elongados que se disponen en fascìculos sobre un fondo (...). Se observan abundantes vasos, con luces estrechas y espacios claros perivasculares".
