: Zero mean is correct. This refers to probability distributions like the so-called "bell curve," which is symmetric about the mean (usually designated by the Greek letter mu).

Discussion
This tests the null hypothesis that the errors are normally distributed using a JB statistic and we reject the hypothesis for sufficiently large values of JB.
For a Normal, the Jarque-Bera = 0.
There is no null statistic involved here.
