I m a British English Speaker and this is the most natural expression for us to use in these situation.

es la forma más natural en el íngles de Gran Bretaña. fija, si se puede usar un Phrasal Verb en una frase en vez de un verbo normal, siempre será lo que los nativos usamos más. good luck.
