Incorporación here refers to "Incorporar a la matriz", i.e. adding the original to the notarial record or protocolo. Cotejo is the notary's step of comparing the acta he's issuing and verifying that it matches the original

Yes, the cotejo is definitely the collation/confirmation, but ... what's the right legalese for the "Diligencia"

What is a 'notarial act attesting to an heir'- a probate statement?

Your phrase isn't a complete sentence, suggesting it's part of a list - what does it say before and after this? And what is XXX?

Cotejo sounds like a comparison of two documents.
