Thanks, Guillermo. Yes, that's exactly what I've done: "legal respresentative" and plain old "Mr" for the person concerned.

Careful! A "representante legal" is usually an attorney but that's not always the case. Make absolutely sure this is actually an attorney before adding "Esq." (also bear in mind that's rather uncommon in UK English) or just omit the "citizen" bit. That's how I deal with both "C." and "Lic."

Thanks, Ray. However, as it would sound decidedly odd in English - unless you're talking about "Citizen Kane" or "Citizen Smith" (an old UK TV sitcom) - I think I'll stick to plain old "Mr", or perhaps go for "Esq. after the name. All the best! Andy
