nivel de enganche

conversion rate

I'm pretty sure this is what is meant here.

Consider:

"Conversion Rate

Definition

Conversion Rate, a metric that applies to all aspects of digital marketing, can broadly be defined as the ratio (typically expressed as a percentage) of the entire number of conversions (usually purchases, but in some cases other kinds of actions, e. g. a sign-up or a download) to the total count of some unit of the conversion effort (page views, clicks, emails received, and so on). More specifically, in the context of email marketing, the conversion rate is measured as the total number of conversions to the total number of marketing emails delivered."

engagement rate / level

I'm not an expert in this field, but I think "enganche" is being used to mean what is known as "engagement":

"Email Marketing Engagement Tips
Engaging your audience is really important in any email marketing campaign. The engagement rate of your lists can be studied in order for you to get an idea about how popular your campaign is and allow you to establish the areas that need improvement.
What is an Engagement Rate?
The engagement rate is the percentage of opened emails and click-throughs from an email per email marketing campaign.
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are always looking out for new ways to improve and analyze email marketing campaigns and they are currently looking at the engagement rate as well as the amount of bounce backs and complaints that are generated when they are working out your reputation."

This is referring to a different context, but I think the idea is analogous:
