Lydia: This one has me a little perplexed, and I wonder if I may have twisted it around too much? I am not 100% sure what is meant by "mecanismos prácticos de correpondencia" and whether "communication mechanisms" may work? Given one of your previous questions regarding "experiencia" and the explanation that it refers to "water and sanitation", I elected to refer to the "experiencia" as the "project". I think this is the idea (and hence the reference only), but it probably needs to be tweaked!
To enjoy (Enjoying) an environment of equality (peers) and practical communication mechanisms on/regarding the responsibilities, and the inclusion of those interventions in the project's strategic and operational decision-making processes.

Now the client says it should read "Promover" instead of "Gozar", then it would be "Promoting/fostering"
... and that I should eliminate "de la experiencia" at the end.
