Jairo Payan May 3, 2011:

unfeathering motor

'embanderamiento' is the process whereby an aircraft propellor is configured so it ceases to provide thrust (known as 'feathering'); it will often continue rotate, like a windmill.

The process of restoring a propellor to its normal function, providing thrust, is known as 'unfeathering' --> 'desembanderamiento'

I agree with Jairo's comments in the discussion box, to the effect that feathering a helicoptor rotor makes little sense (and would be downright dangerous unless the helicopter is standing firmly on the ground).
Unless, perhaps, the term is being used 'by analogy' to refer to a 'motor' that drives the rotor swashplate. If that is the case, the 'motor' is most likely a hydraulic actuator. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swashplate_(helicopter)

neutral Rick Larg : 1. I would normally translate 'motor' as 'engine'. 2. See Jairo's comments above.

1. I put 'motor' to avoid confusion with the helicopter's main 'engine' (and 'actuator' might be a better alternative). 2. Pse see note added to my answer.
