I think this would be an acceptable short form for this sort of document.

Or even just "Krause".

I\'m assuming this is a magazine article or something of the sort. If it\'s some sort of legal document, Kurt is right. It\'s more acceptable if the firm is well known (just BMW, no need for BMW GmbH).
