It's the "en acompte de" that I don't understand here.

Very tough question! I've done some research on this.
I don't think that "en acompte de" has anything to do with "on account/down payment". You first need to understand how it derives its meaning as a down payment. An "acompte", in general terms, refers to a part of a whole. Isn't that what a down payment is? A part of a whole?
Thus, it seems that we are dealing with the "partiality" of parts ordered, not the "integrality" of parts ordered. Literally, we have "in partiality of parts".
As for "dépannages", it seems that this is simply refering to "deliveries" as suggested by Jeffrey. Not sure if it has anything to do with a "rush" delivery.
You can use the preposition "on" or "for". I'd probably include the word "ordered" for clarity . Plus, it sounds better in English.

By the way. "sous 10 jours" means "in less than ten days", not "within". "Within" is inclusive of the tenth day. Big difference there!
Also, we are not dealing with spare parts, but simply "parts".

"on account" really shold be a faux ami - except that it seems to fit the case. In the US, the phrase refers to a purchase for which payment is delayed 30, 60, or 90 days, etc., for a regular customer, often without interest...like some other kinds of services I could name...
