Well, Michel, excuse me to address you w/ surname above.

To Ken, as Levy put it, it's about IT Marketing. So, solution will almost always mean software package, or a combination of software with something else (e.g. training, outsourcing services) etc.
Ken Cox Oct 12, 2006:
Hi Michel -- I second Jack's estimation of this -- we (or you) need a good deal more context to figure out what a 'tour channel' means here. In general though, a solution in marketing English is often a product (especially a service product)

enhanced solution TO OUR channel partners.

I am guessing for a typho here, given limited context but having been in IT industry for years.

A channel partner is usually a partner in distribution; people may be more familiar with "distributor" or "reseller". However, channel partner has specific characteristic of having the capability to customize the product, i.e. the solution. That's why the text says "enhanced solution" which means the partners have more flexibility in tailoring the solution. I am further guessing that "all these actions" in the beginning of the text includes some sort of enabling the mentioned flexibity.

HOWEVER, "provide something TO someone" is very rare. As non-NSE, I tend to think this construction to be wrong, though I find this link from a respected university in UK (capitalized by me):

http://www.admin.ox.ac.uk/eop/
At the same time, the business of a university is also to PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY TO THOSE with the talent ...

Overall, I prefer this paraphrasing:
.... and provide great opportinities FOR our channel partners to enhance solution.

a better solution to the acquisition of partners in a tourist channel

Just guessing, really, especially the last part. I am assuming it is about a television channel devoted to tourism, but who knows?

I think there ought to be a Gibberish to English pair for questions like this.
