Medical: Health Care
A hip spica cast is a cast used to keep your child’s hips and legs from moving so that bones and tendons can heal properly. A spica cast begins at the chest and may extend down to cover one leg, both legs, or the leg on one side and down to the hip or knee of the other side. The cast may or may not have a crossbar. The crossbar is used to add stability to the cast.

koolhay kay paych-daar pluster ki nigehdaasht
Hip Spica Cast is also called "Plaster Hip Spica" (Ref."Practical Fracture Treatment" by Ronald Mcrae).
A "cast" is a hardened plaster in applied form.
"Spica" is the "spiral" way of applying the plaster, which may be translated as "paych-daar".
"Hip" is "koolha".
And "Care" is "nigeh-daasht".
So "Hip Spica Cast Care" for layman maybe translated as "koolhay kay paych-daar pluster ki nigeh-daasht" OR simply "koolhay kay plustar ki nigehdaasht".
You can write the English name in urdu in brachets as well:
"koolhay ke pluster(Hip Spica kaast) ki nigeh-daasht
Hope that helps:)

Comment: "Good effort. Thanks. I think replacing 'nigeh-daasht' with 'Dekhbhaal' would be more appropriate. Thanks again."
