"جسے" should be in brackets in my translation, but this site is not allowing me to use Right to Left brackets for Urdu text.
There may be an exact Persian legal phrase for this, but the meaning is that the "Lessee" (or whomever is mentioned) "in this document, from this point onward" shall be known as such and such...whatever the case might be.
"From this point onward" seems like a critical piece of information which is very specific and legally explicit way of putting it which needs to be conveyed without ambiguity. Simply saying "later" is not legally specific.

آئندہ سے اسے
