"People" is normally translated as لوگ in Urdu, but in given context, لوگ may not sound as professional...but still can be used if context allows it.

Some other suggestions:
نتائج کے پیش کار افراد
نتائج کے ذمہ دار افراد
کامیابی کے ضامن لوگ/افراد
نتیجے کے ضامن لوگ/افراد
محرکِ نتائج افراد

Or, giving it the nuance indicating "it is people who guarantee results",
لوگ/افراد، کامیابی/نتیجے کے ضامن
افراد ہی کامیابی کے ضامن
