It is very common to greet new weds (newly married couples):
آپ دونوں کو ہزاروں خوشیوں کے ساتھ یہ شادی مبارک ہو

If you want to say orrally, just say 'Shadi Mubarak' = شادی مبارک

And if you want to write a message on a card or letter, just write:

آپ دونوں کو ہزاروں خوشیوں کے ساتھ یہ شادی مبارک ہو = Aap doono ko hazzaron khusiyon key saath yea shadi mubbark ho.

شادی پر مبارکباد قبول ہو

In Roman Urdu it will be:

"Shaadi per Mubarakbad Qabool ho'

'Shaddi' = Wedding , 'Mubarakbad' = Congratulations

The English Translation will be:

'Please accept congratulations on your wedding.'

Shadi Mubarak

In Urdu Shadi means wedding and Mubarak conveys the meaning of congratulation but it shows strong feeling than the word congratulation in English.
