Discussion

Tomas Foltyn Jul 17, 2014:
„buys the licence“, „acquires the rights“, spomína sa tam aj „pays for“, „fee“ atď.
Maria Chmelarova Jul 17, 2014:
Tomas, (obe/viac) firmy/riem uz maju licenciu a preto "ziskat licenciu" tu nesedi.
Tu je viac "To expand access to critical medicines for patients WE LICENCE products developed and manufactured by other companies and supply them to patients in market where we have a strong marketing and sales network. This helps patients get access to medicines which were not available to them otherwise". www.drreddys.com/partnership/licensing/html
>Licensing and there is also Out-licensing
Tomas Foltyn Jul 17, 2014:
dobrá pripomienka, mária... zvyšok doplním dole v odpovedi
Maria Chmelarova Jul 17, 2014:
Inlicensing or "in-licensing is a partnership that develops btw. 2 companies that have shared intentions, goals or fields of interst".

In-licensing is the activity whereby pharmaceutical companies acquire rights on compounds from other companies, and it complements own research and development.

Benefits to In-licensing:
Reduces the time to market for a new product or service
Significantly reduces the risks and costs involved with substantial R & D
Allows for business expansion by licensing technologies that may provide a new focus area for the business or the addition of complementary new products or services
Enables a company to obtain rights in platform technology to assist in internal R&D activities

Inak, v jednom z odkazov, ktorý google vypľuje pri vyhľadávaní „in-licensing is a partnership that develops“, sa uvádza, že:
Generally, out-licensing involves a process in which a company would offer their technology or product to another company for a license fee. The company which buys the license would pay an upfront payment and later on a monthly, quarterly or yearly license fee.

Z toho mi zase vyplýva to isté, čo vyššie. :-)

agree Vladimír Hoffman : Jednoznačne. Ešte lepšie je to vidieť vo forme "license in" a "license out". Proste to in a out označuje smer, nič viac v tom nie je.
