"as is" and "where is"

English to Romanian Bus/Financial Accounting
The following items *"as is"* and *"where is"* as per Terms of Sale.

Apar chiar aşa în ghilimele într-o factură. Urmează apoi produsele (piese şi maşini).

Mulţumesc, Maria pentru link. Mă gândisem şi eu la "ca atare", dar nu ştiam ce să mai fac apoi cu "where is".

asta e multumesc Maria
"as is" s-a tradus "ca atare" desi personal prefer "fara garantie" mi se pare descrie situatia mai bine
i-am dat un "google" nici " fara garantie" nici " ca atare" nu par sa fie consacrati

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_is
"As-is" denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent. This is the classic "buyer beware" situation, where the careful buyer should take the time to examine the item before accepting it, or obtain expert advice. Oddly, the seller is also saddled with "as-is" if the item being sold turns out to be much more valuable than thought.
Note from asker:
Eu am căutat după "as is". Nu am găsit. Nu după toată sintagma, e drept ...
