Thank you　Katalin. I have another context reference which makes me believe the Difference training is meant for ground staff, and then what is the difference training? that was my question. But thanks all the same, I think it must be only related to pilots in the essence.

Differences training If it is still not clear, the "differences" training is for pilots who have been trained on a certain type of aircraft but needs training on a different, perhaps updated plane. The training focuses on the differences between the previous type and the new one. The differences may be small, the plane is mostly the same, but some instruments or algorithms changed, or more automation was introduced or the new version uses a different engine. Pilots need to know these differences.

Recurrent Training 英辞郎では（パイロットなどの）リカレント訓練と出ますが、グランドハンドリングスタッフ対象の場合は研修といったほうがいいのではと思います。どうでしょうか。

初期、種別、および定期訓練

上記の3つのトレーニングは文章から推測すると、飛行機経験の浅い者、パイロットの免許の種類に応じたトレーニング（例えば、セスナ用の免許は持っているけど、ジャンボを操縦したいなど）、およびパイロットとして働いているが、医者と同じで認定プログラムのようなものがあり、常にスキルを向上および維持しなくてはならないので、スキル維持のためのプログラムのことではないでしょうか。

recurrent trainingに関しては、Skymarkでは定期訓練と呼んでいるようです（2番目のリンク、結構詳しくというか、日英併用なので、役に立つと思います）。differencesについては私なりの考えです。

２番目のサイト、確かに役立つと思います。ありがとうございました。やはり日本人にわかりやすい英語になってて、アメリカの人が書いた英語と違いますね。言葉は書く人の個性があらわれるからしょうがないですね。訳者は、けっきょくカタカナをつかったほうが無難ですね。Differenceについては、疑問が解けませんが。。。

The final stage of your differences training should include flapless landings. This is because the flaps are electrically driven, so JAR make that mandatory (quite smart on this topic...). As you can imagine, flapless landing in a floaty plane is not exactly the easiest part of the training.
