英語 term

come to life

英語 から 日本語 芸術/文学 その他 fairy tale
I was wondering how you would say "come to life" or "came to life" in japanese.
I mean this in the way that inanimate objects come to life in fairy-tales. like in Beauty and the Beast. Thanks!

I feel as though I've read this somewhere, but I can't provide a reference.

agree Sawako H : I think only if there is a word "suddenly"or something, then you can add「突然」, but if this is only for the word "come to life", then 「動き出す」would sound appropriate better than other ones listed here.
