English to Japanese Medical Medical: Health Care medical science

This role endorses laboratory skills in two departments; flow cytometry and hematology. Daily routines in the flow lab include; staging for lymphomas, initial diagnosis of acute cases and screening for minimal residual disease. This lab has also been involved in research based projects within the hospital’s pathology department. One of the projects I was responsible for was the collection of negative cases. The majority of cases were post treatment and in remission. The pathologist I worked with was interested in gathering data to better understand what a normal bone marrow looks like for the ***generation of normal ranges*** for cell markers and cell lineages. Our work resulted data showing what a normal, healthy bone marrow looks like with antibody tags and morphology on wright stained slides. Another project assigned to me involved melanoma cases that had spread to lymph nodes. The goal was to detect the spread of disease from skin to lymph nodes.
