Hello, everyone.
There are two contexts having this term:
1) ..., a secondary axle s (excentered at the distance a) rotates at the angular speed (omega)p.
and
2) The primary axis is given by the axis of the bearings E and E', the secondary axis is constituted by that of the excentered crank (axis of the bearing H and H')
I know that the noun "excenter" means 傍心,
but in this case the part of this term is varb (or adj).
I don't see any triangle mentioned near these contexts.

ex-center は ex-centric の動詞形と考えると、1) は「a だけ離心している」となり、2) のほうは「偏心クランク」と考えられると思います。
