署名者の利害(関係)が合法的であり、確定的であり、かつ現実のものである(こと)

According to 英米法辞典, "interest" means: (1)利益, (2)利害関係, and (3)利息. I think "利害関係" best matches this context.

The words "legitimate", "accrued" and "actual" are adjectives, and none of them is an adverb.

I think "accrued" means "確定的" in this context. For reference, Black's Law Dictionary says:

accrued right. A matured right; a right that is ripe for enforcement (as through litigation).
