1. Re. "all about," most "E>J" dictionaries give 「~についてのすべて」 or its equivalents, which will make your translation clumsy, and often hard to understand even.
2. Let me suggest you to make a leap from E>J dictionaries. Some of my suggestions for "all about" here are:~に専念する、唯一~に取り組む/携わる/~特化して~する(~に特化する)
3. The term "context" is no exception, either.
4. Let me give it a try to the text.: 「・・・過去の経緯、実績からみて、コンタクトセンターは弊社のお得意先とそのお得意先との間に交流の場を生み出すことに専念してきました。・・・」
