Fine Cheeses

English to Japanese Other Cooking / Culinary Menu
The menu Title is "Fine Cheeses" followed by an explanation about the cheeses. I'm just sure what would be the best word to use for "fine." Please provide a explanation. I know Fine Cheeses are expensive and not your average cheeses, the kind I like actually, but not sure what work to pick for Japanese.
