As you can see, this has nothing to do with money.
I know it is talking about the impact of operations on the system, but can't think of anything else than "負担が大きい" and would like to ask for your advice.

: Also can be (負担が/動きが)重い, but the meaning is the same.

If this database is remote or has a large number of views, doing this just once is expensive, never mind doing it once for each view in the database.
