It is true that "CRM" is "customer relation management" or "カスタマーリレーションショップマネジメント", but you don't have to translate CRM like this: just use "CRM" as it is. You will find out how it is used if you look at the variation of "CRM" in Google. People often say "CRM ソリューション", "CRM アプリケーション", "CRM 事業", "CRM 戦略", "CRM コンサルティング", and so on and so forth. If you or your client feel unaccustomed to this term, you may translate it like "CRM(カスタマーリレーションショップマネジメント)" when it is used for the first time, and just use "CRM" thereafter.

"credential" is not simply "資格" or something, but it is actually "確かな実績" or "立派な実績" here. Since "CRM credentials" is a non-human subject and the sentence is so-called "物主構文", you may translate the subject like an adverb. "seal the deal" is "... が協定をまとめる", and the literal translation for this sentence is "CRM の確かな実績が ... に対する協定をまとめる".
