Change log

Jun 13, 2005 12:48: Sonja Bulesic Milic changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (3): BUZOV, bergazy, Sonja Bulesic Milic

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

sustav interaktivnog govornog automata

Peer comment(s):

Dobro. Hvala Vam.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Najbolje mi zvuci "Interaktivni Telefonski Sustav". "Interaktivni" vec podrazumijeva 'dijalog', a izraz nije prenatrpan."

Interaktivni sustav glasovnog odgovaranja (ISGO)

Declined
Bit rough, but it's the best I can come up with at the moment and it is quite literal...

I see you\'ve got an abbreviation within the sentence... if you use the Croatian acronym, be sure to provide some sort of info on th full meaning of it elsewhere, since it is not a common acronym in Croatia.

M. Buzov suggested a more elegant solution that eliminates \"response\" and actually backtranslates as \"Interactive voice system\" - I like it better than my proposition, though it is not quite as literal... I guess it\'s up to you.

govorni automat

"Molimo pričekajte dok vam se ne javi operater govornog automata ili pritisnite znak funte za prekid poziva."
Peer comment(s):

disagree Sonja Bulesic Milic : It is "response machine". For example: Providing information about the payment of overdrafts in response to a balance inquiry made through an automated system, such as a telephone response machine, an automated teller machine (ATM)...
