I am currently working on an agreement between a firm of publishers and an advertising agency, and am struggling with the above term.
The context is as follows:
"Klachten over de uitvoering van telefonisch opgegeven advertentieorders of over fouten ontstaan door onduidelijk handschrift van de opdrachtgever worden niet geaccepteerd. Klachten over afwijking van kleur en/of sluitwerk worden niet geaccepteerd."
