Hi, I'd like to check if "berenges" in the following is more in the sense of "scheduled (in advance)" or "granted" rather than "calculated". Thanks for your help!
Kun i helt ekstraordinære tilfælde vil der kunne beregnes vejrligsdage, men kun for den tid, der medgår til rydning og[g1] kun efter forudgående aftale med Byggeledelsen

can/will delays/stoppage due to bad weather be granted/accepted
I lean more towards "granted" or similar, since bad weather is not always predictable (cannot be planned/scheduled). Literally "beregnes" is in the sense of calculated or computed.

days lost due to inclement weather may be reckoned in
An employer/a contractor will reckon in a certain number of days lost due to inclement weather for each month of the year.
If there will be days lost due to inclement weather in excees of those already reckoned in, the latter may be reckoned in as well. This is how I understand the context.
