u zemljišne knjige se upisuje vlasništvo nad nekretninom, a ne nekretnina sama po sebi. tako da nije uknjižena nekretnina, nego je uknjiženo vlasništvo i vlasnik. tek tada je to uknjižena nekretnina, odn. knjižno vlasništvo. to je bitna pravna razlika jer zbog toga se knjige i vode.
Laura, ovo pitanje je iz grupe Law general ili Law contracts (čak i u kontekstu spominjete sporazum stranaka).

Pretpostavljam da je smisao da se potvrdi da je stan uknjižen. U tom slučaju možda možete da parafrazirate i kažete jednostavno "...apartment is registered in the property register", zavisno od konteksta...
