But in the trade craft area, due to the rebuilding that is taking place in the wake of Katrina, there is a real shortage of trade skilled individuals (HVAC, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc). Skilled crafts people are in high demand nationally and there are not enough people trained in the trade crafts.
