This is the last sentence of the day, and of course, it is causing me unending headaches. I don't understand what is being said.
This follows a paragraph which says that if a comapny is granted authorisation and does not use itm the authorisation wll expire after one year and other interested parties will be notified. It is also the last sentence in the document, which is about how to apply for authorisation to sell electrical energy.
