single word or phrase Hello again Mona. A suggestion that sometimes we need to think about an entire phrase when trying to understand the meaning, not just one isolated word. Here the phrase is "a carico di" (just as in your previous question we had to look at "in esiti").

By the way, there are two prevous KudoZ questions about the word "carico" in a medical context (did you look at these?) where the suggested translations are "within" and "affecting". These could also apply, depending on the context. In this case, Cristina's suggestion is the most appropriate.
