Mario Freitas Sep 9, 2022:
Metephoric meaning You guys ought to realize the President did not use this word with a sexual meaning. He used a word related to sex to refer to his performance in the government. The correct translation for this will be a word with sexual background but which can also be used as a mataphor for performance.

@ Douglas This is only one of the things he says all the time that make no sense and have nothing to do with his mandate. It's very much like him.
Douglas Bissell Sep 8, 2022:
flacid-proof Not sure how good 'vote for flaccid-proof as president' would go as a campaign slogan, really
airmailrpl (asker) Sep 8, 2022:
“flaccid-proof”. president who frequently boasts about his supposed virility, referring to himself as “imbrochável”. The word roughly translates into English as “unfloppable” or “flaccid-proof”.

Brochar does mean to lose a hard-on, but people also use it in a figurative sense ("perdi o tesão", "brochei") to mean "desanimei", "perdi o interesse". So, "imbrochável" means that it will never happen to him. Of course, the double meaning is implied and a joke understood by most Brazilians.
Douglas Bissell Sep 8, 2022:
In Portugal Broche: Uma felação (sexo oral que envolve a sucção do pénis).
So to a Portuguese speaker it means the guy is 'unblow-jobable'

Context (you should provide this, asker) It's the headline here:

One meaning of brochar is to lose a hard-on. I don't know if that's it! Or it could just mean "tireless".

"Head-on" reflects a certain physical characteristic associated with male hyper-sexuality.

Although in the aker's question, it obviously has nothing to do with a disorder!
