French to English Medical Medical (general) abbreviation

HI all -

I am translating a large document from French (France) comprised of doctors' reports, lab reports, etc, on a patient with a variety of different health challenges.

There is one page describing an office visit where the patient, who is a diabetic, had sinusitis, a low-grade fever but also had as edemas in both legs as well.
The doctor has typed AW followed by a date 31/01:

Can anyone tell me what AW is likely to be?

Context:
reaction pleurale, subluxation de l'épaule LEFT, dermabrasions du genou et du membre inferieure GAUCHE, et oedèmes et hématomes des deux mollets , pas de gêne respiratoire, Rx à refaire, Doliprane, poursuite de Naproxene x5 jours, glucose, contention veineuse, psts avec Lalusèt, AW: 31/01
