I can't manage to wring clarity out of this sentence:
"Du kan spara betalda semesterdagar över 15, under förutsättning att Du inte samma år tar ut tidigare sparad semester."
Is this saying that, in order to "save up" days of leave, you have to do so in amounts *greater* than 15 days?
In other words, I would have to do so in a block of at least 16 days?

1) You can roll-over more than 15 paid vacation days, provided you do not take out previously saved vacation days in the same year.
2) Vacation days over and above the 15 obligatory vacation days, can be rolled-over providing you do not take out previously saved vacation days in the same year.
To validate the 2nd option, you would have to confirm with the source as the source text does not actually say this but infers it.

: The 'jargon' in London where my son works is 'save annual leave days' tho roll-over says this also. I don't think 'carry over' is good in this context, and there's nothing about saving these undefined 'winter holidays.'
